I see you have added the 'only online' for Charles Chocolate discounts. Thank you.

I asked about somewhere I could learn about the differences between chocolates from different confectioners in different countries. For instance, the chocolate may be more sweet or more crisp (tempered). You were going to think about where you had read something about this.
