I just happened on your site as I was searching for the Yam recipe in the San Francisco Encore cookbook. We have moved out of our house temporarily during a remodel and packed up my cook books assuming that I wouldn't need them. Silly me! I don't remember the exact measurements but have a vague recollection of the ingredients after making this recipe for years. It is the only way that my family will eat YAMS! It is the recipe with the pecan topping....more like dessert than a side dish. Could you get your hands on that recipe?? And save our thanksgiving?!
